  5.     DISPLAY.EXE will allow you to view a personalized news
  6.     letter that pauses every 24 lines, and pauses at the end!
  7.     Your SYSOP will create the news letter, and this program
  8.     will display it for you.  If you are in a hurry, ,
  9.     you are welcome to skip it, as it asks you your permission
  10.     to display the news file. Of course, if your SYSOP took
  11.     the time to create it, maybe there's a good reason to read
  12.     it!  You decide.
